Another visit to the Sherwood Forest Railway on Tuesday 8th August 2006.

Smokey Joe was in service with plenty of passengers in evidence during the day. Work on the extension of the line has now reached the point where the station will be, and one point is roughly laid in the field where the station will be, guarded at the moment by a cow.

I have presented the pictures in the form of a trip down the line, although one or two have been taken with the train actually reversing up the hill.
